I'm Riley Mulcahy, a marketing professional and the Executive Director of The RILEY Project, a nonprofit dedicated to amplifying the voices of neurodivergent youth. With expertise in writing, fundraising, event planning, and strategic planning, I take a systems-thinking approach to my work. My goal is to help create a world where people with disabilities don’t just navigate life—they thrive at every stage.

One project I’m especially excited about is Gather San Mateo—a vision for a community hub in the Bay Area that empowers families and nonprofits within the neurodiversity community. This space will provide knowledge, resources, and opportunities for collaboration, fostering a more inclusive and connected ecosystem.
